Project Controls and Project Services teams form the foundations of all major Oil and Gas projects. Present from conceptual design, through to close out / handover and into operations, these teams are essential to ensuring a project is well run, completed on budget, on time, and in a compliant and safe manner.

A well run and efficient Project Controls team enables all the other aspects of the project to be carried out, in the knowledge that the appropriate agreements have been contractually agreed, budgets and costings set, materials and equipment procured, overall plans set, and necessary documentation managed. Without these teams projects would not function correctly.

Air Energi understand the importance of successfully identifying, attracting and retaining only the best people for this project critical team, something which we understand is becoming increasingly difficult within a buoyant marketplace.

Due to this difficulty in sourcing top level candidates in the current market place, Air Energi offer a dedicated Project Controls and Project Services division, made of specialist recruiters for these disciplines. This ensures we can provide our clients with the best possible standard of candidates.

Our Project Controls team works in a proactive and consultative manner to identify the right people and have them available for mobilisation as and when our clients require.

Air Energi understand the difficulties inherent in the execution of oil and gas projects in remote locations.
