MAIN POST Our facility is conveniently located on Sightseeing Road, within walking distance of Airborne School, 75th Ranger Regiment and Task Force 1-28. We offer a computer lab with 20 computers, a movie room, two game rooms, pool tables and a snack bar. We also offer Topgolf Swing Suite! The Topgolf Swing Suite features 2 simulator bays and a variety of virtual games.
Learn the basics of archery shooting, free, at the Recreational Shooting Complex from 5-8pm on July 1. All ages are welcome; however, those under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult. KAYAK THE HOOCH Join Outdoor Recreation for a leisurely paddle down the Chattahoochee River on July 11 from 9am-2pm. No previous experience is necessary. Ages 12 and up are welcome; however, participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The $20 activity fee includes gear, transportation, and a snack. FAMILY FUN AT TWILIGHT POND Join Outdoor Recreation noon-5pm on July 25 for a day of family fun! Outdoor Recreation will provide canoes, kayaks, games, and activities at no cost. To register or for more information, call 706-545-7978.
SAND HILL Play your favorite XBOX One and Alienware video games in our new gaming pods. Each gaming pod features a 32-inch LED HDTV and surround-sound audio dome technology. We have billiards, air jockey, foosball, table tennis and board games. At Sand Hill Rec Center, you can create music in one of our eight music rooms or if you are looking for something more lowkey, choose a movie and kick your feet up on a recliner inside one of cinemas. Our facility is equipped with a CAC-enabled computer lab, TV stations with streaming capabilities and free Wi-Fi. Subway, Soldier’s Photos and Recon Sportswear is also conveniently located in our facility. HARMONY CHURCH We have partnered with Drop Zone to bring you state-of-the-art gaming in our facility. Grab your favorite snacks, candies and energy drinks from our snack bar before relaxing in one of our TV stations. You can also choose a movie from our extensive collection to enjoy in our cinema. We have a pool table located in the back of the building for your entertainment. If you require internet access or prints, take advantage of our computer lab.
