Pick ‘n’ Mix Financing Exploiting all the options for regeneration funding Wednesday 7 March 10.30 – coffee and late breakfast 11.00 – discussion 12.00 – close Villa Antoine, 3 rue Jean Baptiste Dumas, Cannes (behind the Carlton Hotel) It’s harder than ever to fund regeneration and urban redevelopment schemes, so innovative solutions are required. By combining funding from diverse sources like ERDF, Regional Growth Fund and TIF, alongside initiatives like enterprise zones, it’s possible to unlock private investment and conventional bank lending. Such a creative approach to funding was used to create a major new business centre in Corridor Manchester’s redevelopment of the Former Royal Eye Hospital. Discover how this was done, and whether similar approaches could be used elsewhere, from our expert panel: Chris Grigg, Chief Executive of British Land and BPF Vice President Trevor Williams, Chief Economist, Lloyds Bank Paul Conroy, Head of Social Enterprise and the Housing & Regeneration team at Addleshaw Goddard LLP Brendon Walsh, Director of Property and Regeneration, London Borough of Ealing The event is an official MIPIM event and is only open to those who are officially registered.
Places are seriously limited (maximum two people per organisation), so to book yours, contact David Miller on firstname.lastname@example.org without delay.
