Creating successful property partnerships and joint ventures Using property assets to drive growth

#Propertypartnerships

10 February 2014, 12:00 - 17:00 Pinsent Masons, 30 Crown Place, Earl Street, London EC2A 4ES

You are cordially invited to participate in a workshop on creating and operating successful property partnerships and joint ventures which is to be held in London on 10 February 2014 and is sponsored by the British Property Federation, the Local Government Association and Local Partnerships in association with Pinsent Masons and Morgan Sindall. This is an invitation only event and there is no charge to attend. Although places at this event are necessarily limited, we hope that it will mark the beginning of an ongoing forum for discussion between the public and private sectors. New development and regeneration opportunities are opening up as the economy recovers but taking advantage of them depends more than ever on the ability to form property partnerships and joint ventures that get the best out of both the public and private sectors. This workshop, therefore, seeks to bring local authorities/public bodies and the private sector together to discuss: • • • •

the scope for future partnerships the range of partnership options available how such partnerships can be achieved and taken forward successfully, drawing on the lessons and experiences of those who have gone down this path what other forms partnership might take if an asset-based approach is not feasible
