A NEW FACE FOR TORRAO 2 Trafaria - Lisboa

Torrao 2 is an area in the south of the Tejo River, characterized by a number of illegal residential buildings, where people live in undignified conditions, bad services and threatened by the waters of the river in adverse seasons. The area is also characterized by a large industrial silo, symbol of the place, a critical but also a potential element. It could be the starting point to give a new face and a new life to the area. It is from these suggestions that the project starts.
