VENDORS GUIDE KEEPING YOU SAFE DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC

HOW WILL VIEWINGS BE CONDUCTED AFTER THE LOCKDOWN The health of our clients and staff is of the up-most importance to us, and we will make sure that we conduct our services safely and responsibly once restrictions have been eased. We have looked into the Government Guidelines and put the following systems in place to make sure we can keep you all as safe as possible whilst potential buyers are viewing your home.

WE WILL QUALIFY ALL VIEWERS PRIOR TO BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT Viewers will be encouraged to conduct a virtual viewing in the first instance. We will then make sure they are in a financial position to proceed and are very serious about putting an offer forward before they book an appointment.

VIEWINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED BY APPOINTMENT ONLY AND NO OPEN HOUSE VIEWINGS WILL TAKE PLACE Viewings will be limited to a maximum of two viewers and they must be from the same household.

WHAT WE ARE IMPLEMENTING TO KEEP YOU SAFE

VIEWERS AND VENDORS WILL BE ASKED TO CONFIRM THAT THEY ARE NOT SHOWING ANY COVID-19 SYMPTOMS (NO MATTER HOW MILD) AND WHETHER THEY ARE SELF ISOLATING We have prepared an online form that will be sent out to all parties prior to any viewing going ahead. The viewing will only proceed once the form has been received and all parties are in good health.

WE ASK ALL HOMEOWNERS TO OPEN ALL INTERNAL DOORS AND TURN ON ALL LIGHTS PRIOR TO THE VIEWING This is to limit the need for anyone to touch the surfaces in their home.

WE ENCOURAGE HOMEOWNERS TO VACATE THEIR HOMES WHILST VIEWINGS ARE TAKING PLACE IN ORDER TO MINIMISE CONTACT WITH THOSE NOT FROM YOUR HOUSEHOLD Social distancing measures will need to be adhered to wherever possible and we encourage the use of masks, gloves and hand sanitiser on all appointments.

WHEN VIEWING A PROPERTY ALL PARTIES WILL NEED TO SANITISE THEIR HANDS AND AVOID TOUCHING SURFACES WHERE POSSIBLE

I KNOW THIS IS AN UNSETTLING TIME AND WE WILL DO ALL WE CAN TO HELP AND WORK AT A PACE THAT SUITS YOU We all have different circumstances and we totally understand that you may still feel worried about booking a viewing. In this instance we will try to obtain a walk through tour of the property for you to review and add your names and numbers to the file and book you in once you feel more comfortable about viewing.

THESE ARE UNPRECEDENTED TIMES AND THERE IS NO RIGHT OR WRONG WAY AS TO HOW WE SHOULD ALL BE FEELING. As a company our goal has always been to help. Things are not going to go back to normal straight away and with all the uncertainty, I wanted you to know how we will be conducting our services while we try and get back to some sort of normality.
