Urbanism, Residential & Public
An original implantation full of constraints. The increase housing demand, force Brussels authorities and architects to think to new alternative housing complex. In this case, by creating an urbanistic complex above a tramway depot.
04 Master plan
A public area is made to give an access from Gare de l’Ouest and the top of the depot. The urbanism looks like Turin Olympic Village, the will to create a village in town.
1st semestre of 3rd year Bachelor - sep 2015
Rue de Bonne, Molenbeek, Brussels, Belgium
A plot mixing functionality, social and cultural life. The dwelling are thinking like the neighborhood scale. Molenbeek hosts a lot of low and middle class family, and also young workers.
In response to all this, four different housing type are created. Inside and outside common space area make social contact possible.
Situated on 8-12 meters high above the street level, le connection with the neighborhood is the principal issue.
Architecture at the service of sport
2nd semestre of 2nd year Bachelor - february 2015
Place de la Vaillance, Anderlecht, Brussels, Belgium
Public - Circus School
A fantasy touch in an historic neighborhood. The plot is situated in an old Brussels neighborhood in front of a church. The project implants at boundary of the plot, staying in contact with the context. The idea is the provoke the curiosity. In this way, the main room is a visual magnet higher than the rest of the building. The main entrance invites the pedestrian to exploration and the second entrance allows visitors to watch the performance.
Plan Sreet Level
Elevation Rue de Bonne
Circus performance needs also outside spaces. Project develops himself around an outside circus stage, becoming a training, performance and exchange place. The two practice room are looking each other and directly in contact with this outside space.

Office, Residential & Public
To live, to work and to enjoy in the clouds. An outside Europe project during my student exchange at Buenos Aires University. A new architecture vision with a structure and functional complexity. The highest South America tower hosting offices, dwellings, semi-public and public functions.
A plot between a river and a highway to population service. First, the project want to restore an abandoned plot surrounded by warehouse and communication ways on the edge of the Beunos Aires river. It must therefore build an urbanism for four 300-meter high towers.
05 Context Section
02 Build living space A peripheral structure allows making large space ideal for offices. A structural nucleus in three allows taking off step-by-step part of the building to only keep what is useful for the dwellings.
Contest - Berlin University Residance
2nd semestre of 3rd year Bachelor - february 2016
Schlesische Str. 33 - Berlin, germany
Residential & Public
A plot full of story. In Kreusberg neighborhood, on the edge of the river, at the limit of the former Berlin’s wall. The issue is to build a dwelling bar to keep a free access to this historic space.
Plan street level
A zoning take place to define various spaces with acess close to the Spree. The dwelling bar is split to allow a big porosity and so that make outside common spaces. In response to the program, four dwelling types are created and mixed on a tram.
Connecting a city Urban Amphitheater
2nd semestre of 1st year Master - March 2017
Canellada, Della Vecchia, Garcia, Jaumain, Lankinen, Laurido $ Lopez
The city on the hills. The harbor city of Valparaiso has this particularity to look like a natural amphitheater with various valleys. Some problematic characteristics for the integration and the connection inside the city.
The city is mostly built, from 30 to 100 meter above sea level. The big issue is to create axes to connect the high and the low level city, becoming new urban center. In this way, around axes are built equipment, public space, new cultural center, but also dwelling in response to the local housing demand.

Office & Public
Located in the hearth of Hell’s Kitchen who currently know an important gentrification, while maintaining human scale buildings compare to the rest of Manhattan, this neighborhood has a strong identity and historical roots but is condemn to mutate in the next years. From this observation, how building a Skyscraper in such a place? The project need to be much more than a building with function inside, and assuming that Manhattan is growing fast and up in the air, it needs to preserve public spaces, modularity and interconnections. All this can be resolve with a structural grid where the program can be place to connect different functions and give place to future changes by the “fill / empty” system. The articulation of the grid is made to offer at the corner of the 9th Avenue and W54th Street a new public space directly connected to the exhibition space but also to the offices and the hotel, creating a new active urban place.
My vision of architecture in the world.
