Swing into Shape Golf Fitness The Golf Fitness program is designed to help you increase the strength in your shoulders, hips, and core and to improve overall flexibility. Working on these key areas of strength and flexibility will help to improve club speed, shot distance and prevent injuries.

Tuesdays & Thursdays, May 7th-30th 10:00-10:45am or 4:30-5:15pm Cost: $90 members
