Memberships We invite you to schedule a Tour of the Club to see our facility and learn about our membership options. We offer several levels of membership and agreement options to meet your needs. We include our “Fitness Jump Start” orientations in all of our Memberships to introduce you to our equipment, help you with proper set up, and show you how to use it. All of our Memberships enjoy the privilege of “member-only discounts” for programs such as tennis lessons, clinics, and camps; personal training; fitness camps and workshops. We also offer exclusive events for Members only.
Tennis Memberships We keep a cap on our Tennis Memberships to ensure you get plenty of court time. Please inquire about availability. Tennis Memberships include a generous court reservation allowance – you do not pay additional court fees. All tennis memberships come with the “Jump Start” orientations. During your Tennis Jump Start, you’ll hit with one of our pros to give you tips and evaluate your playing level so that we can help match you with other players. You’ll also learn about all the club activities so we can help you get involved.
Fitness Memberships Our Fitness Memberships offer the best in training. We remove the “big club” pressure and give you the attention and expertise of a personal training studio. We want to help you achieve lasting results for a healthier life.
Ultimate Memberships Our all-inclusive Ulitmate Memberships offer unlimted access to our GET Fit small group training programs, open access to the fitness area, and a free locker reservation. Plus, we start you off with Body Diagnostics and Heart Rate Assessments so that you know your starting point and have a way to measure your progress.

QuickStart BTC’s 10 and Under Tennis “QuickStart” is an exciting new play format for kids ages 4 -10 to teach basics of tennis with early success. We use “kid-sized“ balls and racquets, a lower net height and smaller court area so that kids can develop tennis skills, such as rallying, and will quickly feel achievement on the court. Plus, we always make it fun with games and drills so there is plenty of action to keep your energetic youngsters busy. 5 Week Sessions so you can try it out! FALL SEASON

Club Doubles Leagues
Our in-house Club Doubles Leagues are a fun way to meet others for some light spirited play and competition. Leagues are 10 weeks, we arrange play, provide a can of balls for each court, and guarantee your court time for 1.25 hour matches. We host a party on the last day of league with appetizers and beverages and announce the league winner. Each League Season is $50

Club Policies STARTING TO PLAY Tennis Clinics: If you are new to our Club and think you should be placed in the intermediate or above levels, you are required to take a 30 minute “placement lesson” so we can match you to the correct lesson or clinic package. Placement lessons are not required for any of the QuickStart, Rookie, JV, or Adult Learn to Play series. We reserve the right to move students to appropriate groups. New Members: Tennis Members receive “Jump Start” Tennis and Fitness orientations. These sessions help us to match you with other players, get you involved in activities at the Club, and show you how to use our equipment so you’ll feel right at home. COURT RESERVATIONS
Only Members may make tennis court reservations. Reservations may be made up to one week in advance, beginning by phone at 7am or online at 8am each day. The names of all players must be listed on your reservation. Please see your Member Handbook for complete court reservation rules. BILLING
Tennis Membership dues and program payment plans require auto payment through credit/debit card or auto withdrawal from checking/savings accounts.

Programs (Tennis Clinics, Tennis Camps, Fitness Camps, Fitness Workshops): For all programs, price includes a $10 Non-refundable processing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations made one-week or less from the first day of the program. Once the program has started, there are no refunds and no make-ups for missed sessions. GET Fit Reservations: We appreciate 24-hour notice if you cannot attend a class on your schedule. This allows others to fill the space and make good use of the instructors’ time. Any un-cancelled class will be charged in full. Tennis Lessons & Personal Training: Cancellations made less than 48 hours ahead will incur a full charge for the service. No-Shows result in a full charge. Tennis Court Reservations: Cancellation made more than 24 hours ahead of start: No penalty. Late Cancellation (less than 24 hours before start) $5.00 fee for cancelling Member. Failure to cancel (a “No-Show”) $10.00 per player on reservation. Tournaments: No refunds will be issued after the draw is made. Club Tennis Leagues: League participants are responsible for finding their own substitutes and must inform the Club prior to the day of League play. If you need help finding a sub, the Club will charge $5 per instance. If you are a “No-Show” for League and do not have a substitute arranged, you will be charged the current penalty for each occurrence. Please inquire with the league coordinator about penalty rates. Socials, Special Member Clinics, and Club Events: 48 hour cancellation notice or see the cancellation policy for the specific event. Membership Cancellation: Thirty (30) days’ notice is required for any membership cancellation after your initial term has been fulfilled.

Fitness GET Fit (Group Essential Training Fitness) We focus on small group training because we want to give you the best possible experience with the attention you need to make healthy changes and reach your goals. We emphasize good form, getting the most out of each exercise, and making progress…whether that is losing fat, toning your muscles, or even reducing pain or medication through improved fitness! What makes us different is that our group instruction is always a planned progression throughout each month. Most clubs tell the instructors teach whatever they want — there is no consistency or pattern in what you do. Instead, our personal trainers and coaches plan your progression so that you get the most out of your exercise time. We provide superior instruction and specialize in Boot Camps, Indoor Cycling, and TRX Suspension Training. This is not your regular boot camp. Each month we have a specific focus with a planned series that gives you time to master the exercises. We add challenges every week to keep you motivated. Each month we change the focus and exercises to keep things fresh and promote “muscle confusion” to make sure you do not hit a plateau. We gear our programs with the 40 - 60 year old body in mind—but anyone can get a great challenge out of these workouts. Boot Camp: 45 Minutes

Our indoor cycling gives you a big calorie burn and fantastic workout. Plus, we teach you good form and cycling skills that none of the other “spinning” classes provide. Don’t worry, you don’t need to know anything about cycling to enjoy this class. We’ll do a bike fit so you know how to set-up your bike properly for the most comfortable ride. TRX Suspension Training
We use the TRX Suspension training system and your bodyweight to work 3 parts of your body at the same time: specific muscle groups; engage your core in every move; and incorporate balance. Classes to give a challenge to every level of fitness. Build lean muscle, strengthen your core, and improve balance…all in 30 minute sessions with max 8 participants. TRX 30: 30 Minutes First timers must take the TRX Intro Session prior to joining a class.

Fitness Fit Camps In our Fit Camps you’ll see a fast improvement in your strength and ability because we have a set group and use a coached progression of skills – each week building on the week prior. We use a periodized plan which means we have planned the high intensity and recovery days in the right amounts so that you don’t have to worry about how hard to work. Cycle Moles This indoor cycling camp leads the nation in progressive indoor cycling training. We will help you build strength and stamina all while improving your cycling technique.

Tour de France Challenge
Don’t just watch the Tour, ride the Tour! We’ll ride each day’s tour profile in a 60-minute class using our spinning bikes or your own bike and trainer. The challenge is to ride as many days of the Tour as you can—it is typically 21 stages over 23 days. We make it fun with challenges, race commentary and trivia to earn swag and points. A “yellow jersey” winner is declared at the end. You’ll watch live coverage of the Tour while you ride. Personal Training PT Starter Package
Introductory Price: $147 (save 30%) This package of three 60-minute sessions is for you if: • You are new to personal training or want to update your old routine • You have specific joint issues • Want to improve flexibility, mobility, and strength • Want to get started on fitness, losing weight, and feeling your best During each session, we’ll do an assessment and a workout. The workouts will be determined by what we find in the assessment. Now that makes sense! Session #1: Postural & Flexibility Analysis Posture is how your body is balanced. Muscles, bones, ligaments all work together to align your body. It’s more than just standing erect; we also evaluate the position of your head, shoulders, hips, and legs. Many people are unaware that they have poor posture which can lead to daily pain and breakdown over time. Flexibility is the range of motion in your joints. We will do a quick assessment to see if you have tightness or impingements that are inhibiting movement. Session #2: Movement Analysis Now that we know more about your posture and flexibility, we can assess your movement in your legs, core, rotation, and shoulders/arms. If your movement is limited in one or more areas, we’ll get to work on improving it right away with exercises to follow the assessment. Session #3: Fitness Benchmark Since we now know your posture, flexibility, and movement potentials, we’ll assess your fitness with a series of exercises that you can use for your benchmark. It is always great to know your starting point so that you can measure your own improvement.
