Year 12 Reflection Day Peace and Blessings, As part of your child's graduation from their secondary education at Bellfield College on Thursday 16th September, we would like to ask you to write a very important letter to your child. We request that this letter and its contents, are not shared with your child until after their graduation. This letter will be given to your child during their final day at the college as part of their spiritual online incursion and farewell program. This period of time in your child's life is a time of change. As your child completes their secondary education and moves into tertiary education or the workforce, it can be an exciting and exhilarating time, but also a time of insecurities and apprehension. In order to ensure this transition is a positive one, the college has developed a Spiritual Online Incursion and Farewell program. As an integral part of this program we need you to write a letter to your child on the paper, scan it and email it to admin@bellfield.nsw.edu.au by 2nd September, 2021. As parents you are, and always will be the number one support for your child and as such your opinions of them are of utmost importance to them, and how they see themselves. We ask you to write a letter TO your child outlining what you value about them. It should include all the attributes you value in your child; their talents, skills, personal qualities, achievements and what you would wish for them in the future. This day is their last day of their secondary education, but the first day of the next chapter in their lives. Please help us make it a s special final day and a positive beginning to their bright future by returning the letter to the college no later than Thursday 2nd September. Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have any queries regarding the letter or the program. Learning is a life long journey, from the cradle to the grave. We are delighted that your child's secondary education journey was with us here at Bellfield College and wish them all the best in their future endeavours.
