WORKING PROCESS

This project is a student life shelfter, which providing for student to use for relaxing and comfortable area, which the shelter provide shade and shadow, also there is ventilation flow at the court yart. The concept is to use the student circulation at the site area, to create the relation of design between student and theshelfter, therefore I experiment on the circulation ow of student at Soa+D .

DESCRIPTION Vertical living project, this project is to design a mid rise residential building on the empty plot at the end of the Tha dindaeng road,right on the waterfront. The unique setting of the site should be able to draw people who prefer more relax atmosphere of local community and abundant food supplies yet still maintain connectivity to their workplace.

USER AND PROGRAM

We start from circle area under Rama 8 bridge that shape same as amplify. There are including a few activities in these area which the user come to use these space as one small community under the rama 8 bridge. Therefore, we thinking of the method to connect and bring the community under Rama 8 bridge in to the site area. The reason is that there is no organization of the program under the Rama8 bridge. As a result, this concept is to creating the sense by recognizing similar shapes that can draw people in to the space inside. Which is the idea of designing the building that if it harmonizes or goes in the same language. This is the idea of organizing the function inside, the program represent by 1 sphere as a drop of the water that when the water dispersed into a circular area. As 1 sphere per program, the reason of using a droplet as a program is that the droplet of water is radius, resulting in a circular area that is the source of our form.

Chonburi Youth Sport Center through Sustainable Innovation Background and global trends around the world cities / Rationale: Rapid increase in population and urbanization that affect resources and lifestyle. Chonburi has position itself to be an international city and sport city, where there is a potential to host major events in the future. There is an existing site/program that serves city as youth sport center. However, the current site has its concerns including traffic, accessibility, environmental, water scarcity and flood problems. Objective of the owner is to explore future sport facilities for youth In Chonburi as well as international region regarding resources. How to improve quality of life, health + well-being to support sustainability growth of Chonburi. Students will study trends for sport and activities for youth in the context as well as to develop program function, building and structural system and aesthetic to building design, and apply concepts and methods to energy - efficient and sustainable building innovation. Project outcomes: 1. Learns how to work as a team 2. Learns about urban lifestyle and a transformation of concept into architectural design anddevelopment 3. Cultivates critical thinking skill 4. Learns about technical and practical issues relating to sustainable design 5. Could critically response to programmatic, technical, legal as well as social and cultural context ofcomplexity of the program. 6. Learns and experience interdisciplinary working between design, research and industry 7. To strengthen the quality of pinups and achieve better quality of work, communication and management skills.
