If you achieve qualifying leadership ranks during your first six full months, BELLAME guarantees a minimum level of earnings. If your earned commissions ever fall below the guarantee for a qualifying month, we cover the difference.

How It Works Qualify for any Confidence Pay Guarantee rank during your enrollment month or within your first six full months. If your standard commissions for that month are less than the guaranteed amount, BELLAME pays the difference.

There are no private deals, side agreements, or special exceptions. Every qualified leader and their entire network has access to the same earning confidence.

Built on Simplicity Our Omni Compensation Plan is volume-based and designed for duplication.

Director is the core rank, requiring $3,000 in Team Qualifying Sales, including $500 in personal sales. Every dollar counts at face value towards qualifications, with no conversions or hidden percentages.

There is no cap and no offset.

Example If you enroll on January 10, 2026, your Confidence Pay Guarantee qualification period begins the day you enroll and continues through the next six full months, allowing you to participate through July 2026.

If, during any given month during your qualification period, you hold one of the seven ranks within this Pay Guarantee program and your total BELLAME earnings for that month fall below the guaranteed amount, BELLAME pays you the difference, so you receive the full guaranteed minimum for that rank.
