Secondary Leadership and Management Leadership Mentor-Coaching (3 Day Course) Mentor and Coaching supports the development and growth essential to excellent professional and personal performance and in supporting school improvement. Ofsted Inspector Training (Secondary Phase) – 4 Day Course This 4 day course for secondary colleagues is only the first phase in the Tribal inspection training pathway. The course takes delegates through the inspection framework through the eyes of an inspector to enable you as a Senior Leader in school to get underneath the inspection judgements.
