The future of Loyalty Club Cards The Beepxtra project has been designed and engineered by the BeepXtra team of developers and marketers and is a Community Driven Global Loyalty Card. To streamline the future of loyalty card schemes we have to consider current retailer needs, the financial stresses of small to medium size enterprises and the flexibility demanded by the larger retail stores. Beepxtra cards therefore combine hardware and software that is interchangeable, that learns from use and changes over time. This lowers retail costs and works naturally through the existing business processes of the retailer In short, imagine a Loyalty Card that is free, adapts to your use patterns over time, gives you exactly the features and benefits needed for your clients and expands your reach with a globally scaled club card!

Mission Statement BeepXtra aims to centralize rather than de-centralize the Loyalty Card Schemes into one affordable global solution for both shoppers and retailers. Current Loyalty Club Card Schemes become obsolescent as the market degrades and consolidates to a small fraction of retail stores that can afford maintaining a Loyalty Club Scheme. Bringing the global Loyalty Club Card Concept into the future requires systematic rethinking of the goals and possibilities of our current techniques. User interaction with mobile devices are also on the cusp of re-definition as new social profiling computing changes how we interact with daily purchases. This is also changing how we see the opportunities of loyalty schemes via personalized mobile apps, cloud computing as well as real life tangible plastic membership cards. The evolution comes by simplifying programming practices developed for complex systems. It is a practice of creating and modifying the design of a Loyalty Club Card system as it is developed. Another interesting model is machine learning. This is a branch of artificial intelligence concerned with the design and development of algorithms that take empirical data, such as shopping habits, preferences, favourite movies/food/gadgets etc, and yield patterns of prediction that represent the underlying mechanism that generated the data. This provides YOU, the user, with a personalized shopping experience based on your needs and personal likes. We would like to apply this thinking in conjunction with smart techniques, to explore how our Global Loyalty Club Card - Beepxtra Card, will change the future of both retailers and clients! 3


What is Beepxtra Beepxtra is a combination of many existing great concepts but merged together into a powerful Global wave. Before we begin with the detail it is important not to lose the two key ingredients; Beepxtra is free to join and incredibly viral. The speed of growth will astound people around The World. The first and most easily identifiable concept is the CLOUD BASED discount & loyalty system, with a few distinct differences. Whereas we are all familiar with shopping points and loyalty systems, The Beepxtra system gives clients instantly spendable CASHBACKs loaded onto THEIR cards. Beepxtra is at the forefront of technology around The World and has a full time team of technical programmers who are all at the very height of their profession. Clients can go for a haircut into a Beepxtra shop, pay full price but they have cash back discount loaded on their card. They can then go into any other Beepxtra shop or business around The World, in person or online, and use the cash on their account to come off the price of their next purchase. Beepxtra is free to join for individuals and free to join for shops and businesses. The cards are free, each new business is allocated cards to get them started and they are replenished as necessary. The only cost to a business is A ONE OFF INTEGRATION FEE from one of three options we provide. This is at a cost of only a few dollars. If the shop or business has a smart phone or in store PC they can have the retail version of our EPOS integrated straight to their business without the need for the tablet terminal. This cost is even less and covers integration to the system. Everything else is free.

The Beepxtra system is available globally. The viral invitation techniques are available in many languages and the Beepxtra website is instantly convertible to most spoken languages. A chinese restaurant who gives the Beepxtra card to their client now receives income when the same client visits any other Beepxtra restaurant in The World, even their traditional competitor across the street. Beepxtra has attracted corporate clients with large databases such as football clubs and these clients are now looking for Beepxtra businesses to spend in. A targeted product search facility means that businesses working with Beepxtra will be found by the clients who are looking for exactly what the business offers. Beepxtra advertising is free. All we ask shops and businesses to do is give a discount cash back into the system that works for their individual business. In other words a discount they can afford. A huge point is this; businesses giving the Beepxtra card to their clients will now earn an income from their clients spending anywhere in The World where they spend in a Beepxtra store. Compensation Plan & Income Generation A refreshing breath of fresh air is the Beepxtra Compensation Plan and Income Generation system. Few companies publish with such openness where the income is generated; however at Beepxtra we are very proud of the fact that we have such a transparent model, which makes it so successful. The first diagram below shows the Beepxtra Career Path Infinity System (CPI System). This is not to be confused with a stair breakaway plan which only pays a few levels deep and usually has two sections to it.

The Career Path is an awarded system for any team built, by individuals, shops and businesses. Once built the rank is awarded permanently. The CPI System pays leaders to 5 levels deep but continued growth beyond those 5 levels continually filters up to the originators. The CPI system incorporates a World Pool Bonus where leaders are paid to infinity throughout the entire company.

Qualification Criteria Once any member reaches any qualification level in the CPI System they hold that position for life. The Beepxtra CPI System begins with the simple action of joining Beepxtra. A member accepts the invitation that is sent to them via email and they are now known as a Sales Manager (SM). Immediately after joining Beepxtra the new Sales Manager now has their own Beepxtra back office and in here they will find 5 electronic invitations for people and 10 electronic invitations for shops or businesses. Each invitation is time stamped and lasts only 12 hours. This is one step to ensure that no member of Beepxtra ‘spams’ the public or business sector. The Sales Manager calls his 5 people and tells them that they are being sent an invitation which is a short video explaining Beepxtra and ensures they are around their PC or smart phone so that they can view the video before the clock ticks to zero. If any of the Sales Manager’s 5 people are not interested or don’t watch the video in time the invitation is reset as an unused invitation. Once the 5 People have accepted (it’s free after all) the Sales MANAGER receives another set of 5 invitations. The Sales Manager has to speak to shop & business owners to be allowed to send the business style invitation, and the business owner has to tick a box to say that they have had human contact (even if it is just a phone call) before they watch the video. This protects shop & business owners from spamming. Another reason for this human contact ‘tick box’ is that Beepxtra wishes for its members to support the shops & businesses they introduce. The goal of Beepxtra is not to have millions of members and no shops. This is why Beepxtra gives 10 business invitations to each member, and once the 10 business invitations have been accepted another 10 business invitations will be allocated. To move up the CPI System the Sales Manager has to have three invitations accepted (people or business), this makes them an Area Sales Manager (ASM). When an Area Sales Manager helps three personally introduced people or businesses to introduce three people or businesses themselves, (so creating three Area Sales Managers); this moves them to the next career step of Regional Sales Manager (RSM). For a Regional Sales Manager to move to the next career step they help three personally introduced people or businesses to become Regional Sales managers also, this makes them a National Sales Manager (NSM).

The next step in the career path is Continental Sales Consultant (CSC). To qualify for this any person or business has to help five people or businesses reach the qualification of National Sales Manager. The five National Sales Managers do not have to be personally introduced anymore but they do need to be in separate groups from each other as originated from the Continental Sales Consultant. This rewards the Continental Sales Consultant for developing leadership in the depths of their Beepxtra organisation. To reach the highest career position in Beepxtra any person or business helps 5 of their team to reach the position of Continental Sales Consultant which makes them a Global Sales Consultant (GSC).

Commissions Beepxtra allocates 60% of its gross income to the CPI System. 100% of this 60% is paid out every month. The total Global discount/cash backs are calculated at each month end, and payments are collected from the participating Beepxtra businesses. A full reconciliation is made by the 15th of the following month and commission is issued.

Shop or Business Introducer Commission Any member receives 20% of the 60% of the income that is paid into the Beepxtra System every month, from every shop or business they introduce.

Card Originator Commission Any member receives 20% of the 60% of the income that is paid into the Beepxtra System every month, from every card they register into the Beepxtra system.

Differential Commission This commission is set for each career level from ASM upwards. The ASM receives 10% Differential commission on the turnover of their SM’s. The RSM receives a 15% Differential Commission on the turnover of their SM’s. If an RSM has a ASM receiving 10% Differential Commission in their team then the RSM receives the ‘difference’ (15%-10%) which is 5%.

The NSC receives a 20% Differential Commission on the turnover of their SM’s. If an NSC has a ASM receiving 10% Differential Commission in their team then the NSC receives the ‘difference’ (20%-10%) which is 10%. If an NSC has a RSM receiving 15% Differential Commission in their team then the NSC receives the ‘difference’ (20%-15%) which is 5%.


The CSC receives a 25% Differential Commission on the turnover of their SM’s. If a CSC has a ASM receiving 10% Differential Commission in their team then the CSC receives the ‘difference’ (25%-10%) which is 15%. If a CSC has a RSM receiving 15% Differential Commission in their team then the CSC receives the ‘difference’ (25%-15%) which is 10%. If a CSC has a NSC receiving 20% Differential Commission in their team then the CSC receives the ‘difference’ (25%-20%) which is 5%.

The GSC receives a 30% Differential Commission on the turnover of their SM’s. If a GSC has a ASM receiving 10% Differential Commission in their team then the GSC receives the ‘difference’ (30%-10%) which is 20%. If a GSC has a RSM receiving 15% Differential Commission in their team then the GSC receives the ‘difference’ (30%-15%) which is 15%. If a GSC has a NSC receiving 20% Differential Commission in their team then the GSC receives the ‘difference’ (30%-20%) which is 10%. If a GSC has a CSC receiving 25% Differential Commission in their team then the GSC receives the ‘difference’ (30%-25%) which is 5%.

Leadership Commission This commission rewards the development of leadership in the depth of a member’s team. As any team grows it is often the case that a leader by helping their team can experience another individual member reaching the same career level. To ensure that this benefits the leading member who gave their time in developing any team the Leadership commission is part of the Beepxtra CPI System. The Leadership Commission is paid at the Regional Sales Manager career level and above. Any RSM who has another RSM or higher in any line below them is paid 1% Leadership Commission for the first RSM or higher and 2% Leadership Commission for the second RSM or higher in the same line. Any NSC who has another NSC or higher in any line below them is paid 1% Leadership Commission for the first NSC or higher; 2% Leadership Commission for the second NSC or higher in the same line; and 3% Leadership Commission for the third NSC or higher in the same line. Any CSC who has another CSC or higher in any line below them is paid 1% Leadership Commission for the first CSC or higher; 2% Leadership Commission for the second CSC or higher in the same line; 3% Leadership Commission for the third CSC or higher in the same line; and 4% Leadership Commission for the fourth CSC or higher in the same line.

Any GSC who has another GSC in any line below them is paid 1% Leadership Commission for the first GSC; 2% Leadership Commission for the second GSC in the same line; 3% Leadership Commission for the third GSC in the same line; 4% Leadership Commission for the fourth GSC in the same line; and 5% Leadership Commission for the fifth GSC in the same line.

World Bonus Pool At the higher career levels in the Beepxtra CPI System any member’s team will almost certainly be operating in many countries. The World Bonus Pool is created to recognise these leaders. The World Bonus Pool is a central pool of commission and once a member qualifies for this their share of this pool is calculated each month based on their percentage size of the entire Beepxtra organisation, this rewards the members who have built the largest teams and encourages them to build their teams even bigger. All NSC’s receive their pro rata percentage share of The World Bonus Pool which is 2%. All CSC’s receive their pro rata percentage share of The World Bonus Pool which is 3%. All GSC’s receive their pro rata percentage share of The World Bonus Pool which is 5%.

Consistency Bonus Beepxtra understands the need to support its shops and business partners. The company also understands the importance of consistency. The Consistency Bonus has been created to ensure that individual members are incentivised to support any shop or business they introduce to Beepxtra. All members are eligible for The Consistency bonus after they have introduced 10 shops or businesses or more. Once any member has introduced 10 shops or businesses the Consistency clock starts. This internal clock measures the cash flow introduced into the Beepxtra system by any shop or business. The cash flow is the 2.75% that enters the Beepxtra payment system. The Consistency Bonus is paid when any member has 10 shops that each generate $200+ a month cash flow into the Beepxtra system, in the same month for 6 consecutive months. In the interests of fairness, if any member does not qualify in any particular month, the Consistency Bonus is not lost; the Consistency Clock is simply reset to day zero allowing the member to reach for 6 months consistency again. The Consistency bonus is $2,000 and is a one off payment paid when the Consistency Clock successfully counts to the sixth consecutive month.

Income Generation Beepxtra has a very transparent income generation chart making it one of the most FAIR stable business models there is. Beepxtra understands the vital importance of supporting its shops and business partners and ensures that no money is made unless the system is working. Therefore no commissions are paid at all for the process of introducing any person, shop or business. When a shop or business gives a 10% discount/cash back the entire 10% discount is placed onto the client’s card, and the Beepxtra fee is 2.75% for all transactions. The total funds that enter the income generation system are divided 40% for the Company and 60% for the membership. The 40% that is allocated to the company is further sub-divided to include the ability for the company to pay incentives such as the Consistency Bonus which is funded from this sector.

10% of the 40% for the company is allocated to MÊdecins Sans Frontières which is the nominated Global charity for Beepxtra. The 60% that is allocated to the membership is 100% paid out each month. 20% of the membership allocation is paid to the member that introduced each shop or business. 20% of the membership allocation is paid to the shop or person who originated the card. 2.5% of the membership allocation is paid to the national charity (see later charity section) 2.5% is allocated to provide a local language support staff in each country with over 500 active members. This ensures continuity of support no matter what the size of the membership. 30% is allocated to Differential Commission 15% is allocated to Leadership Commission 10% is allocated to the World Bonus Pool


Card Distribution

Any business that integrates with the Beepxtra system will be sent a constant supply of Beepxtra cards free of charge. Beepxtra distribute 250 to each business as they integrate with the Beepxtra system and electronically monitor and replenish as necessary. Should any individual wish to distribute and register the Beepxtra cards they can have them delivered in 1,000 quantities for cost price plus delivery. Should any shop or business wish to have a branded card system they can have this at cost plus delivery in quantities of 5,000+

Global Charity Beepxtra donates 10% of its allocated funds to Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders). Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organisation that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, healthcare exclusion and natural disasters. MSF combines the provision of emergency medical care with a commitment to speaking out about the suffering people endure and the obstacles encountered in providing assistance. MSF is a not-for-profit organisation that was founded by doctors and journalists in 1971. Today, MSF is a worldwide movement with 19 national offices and an international coordination office in Geneva, Switzerland. MSF’s core work is in providing emergency medical assistance to the most vulnerable people in crisis due to armed conflict. MSF also provides medical care to help people survive in catastrophic situations where communities and health structures may be overwhelmed. MSF provides assistance during epidemics, following natural disasters, and to people who are excluded from healthcare. When MSF witnesses serious acts of violence against or neglect of individuals or groups, we may speak out publicly based on eyewitness accounts, medical data and experience. We also give a voice to those who have witnessed such acts . MSF is an independent and self-governed organisation. Our actions are guided by medical ethics and the principles of neutrality and impartiality. MSF offers assistance to people based only on need and irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation. MSF strives to ensure that it has the power to evaluate medical needs freely, to access populations without restriction and to control the aid it provides directly, giving priority to those in most grave danger. needs to carry out emergency medical interventions. In addition MSF only accepts private donations and never accepts funds from parties directly involved in any conflict or medical emergency that MSF is dealing with. National Charity System Beepxtra has a unique internal system for each country it operates in. 2.5% of the funds allocated to the membership is allocated to the National Charity system. The total of this fund is divided pro rata to the amount generated from each participating Beepxtra country. From the very first member in each country this fund is generating for that country from day one. When each country reaches 5,000 members, Beepxtra will email all those participants to invite them to nominate what they believe is the most deserving charity within their home country, this is the first round of voting. The top 5 voted charities will be announced for each country and the members in that country will be asked to vote for a second round but now just for the top 5 charities and the organisation with the most votes will be that countries charity.

Local Language Support It is frustrating to call an international company and discover that the support staff don’t understand your language or do speak your language but don’t follow your dialect. Speaking the language is only the beginning, to fully understand the message of a caller from another country it is often important that the support staff actually understand the culture and this can only come from having actually lived there. Beepxtra understands that support can be a primary factor in determining the successful relationship between a company and its membership. 2.5% of the funds allocated to the membership are dedicated to providing scaled support to reflect the growth in any particular spoken language. Therefore you can be constantly assured that no matter how many people that speak your language become members of Beepxtra, the support staff will be increased to match any growth and you will always be cared for.

Support Structure The management of Beepxtra has decades of experience supporting global teams. There are clear lines of demarcation between support of people and shop & businesses.


It is important to provide clear lines of communication from day one giving people, shops and businesses confidence in the support provided. For people, Beepxtra understands the importance of developing leadership and providing intensive support for those with the largest organisations. Direct & personal Head office telephone, email & VoIP support is provided for all members around the world who reach GSC. All members can rest assured in the safe knowledge that all questions will be answered within 24 hours. Your questions should first be directed to your team leaders who will provide you with a satisfactory answer. The question if not satisfied will be continually escalated to your GSC who has personal company support therefore all questions will be answered. All shops and businesses once integrated into the Beepxtra system will be provided with an email ticketing system that will be answered within 24 hours.

SALES

This gives the shops and businesses the comfort of knowing they are integrated into ticketed support from day one. Shops and businesses have the fail safe back up because they are also ‘people’ members of Beepxtra and as such they have access to their leadership team all the way to their GSC, so that if the ticketing answer is not addressing their query they can flag this up to leadership who have a vested financial interest in supporting the shop or business. The support structure is one of Beepxtra’s key factors under constant attention it is a living entity and runs with great efficiency.
