Exercises play an important role in making your body strong and fit. It is one of the things you need to do to keep away from any sickness. There are many ways wherein your body can function well as you perform exercises like cardio exercise. It is a significant part of staying fit, getting lean and losing fat. As you start your routine with your cardio workouts begin with a squat position having your hands placed on the floor facing you. Push your feet quickly to the back bringing you to a push up position and go back immediately to a squat position. With that position jump high in the air and do this for one minute. Always have yourself ready before doing this exercise. Another cardio exercise that you can perform is the jumping jacks. This is an easy thing to do and many individual forgets and have taken it for granted not knowing this will give you a body workout that is full that also requires no weight. To start this exercise place your feet flat on the floor with your hands and arms at the sides. Stand up straight and ensure that your core muscles are already tighten. Start jumping with our feet apart raising your arms in the air above your head ensuring that you stay on the balls of your feet and then go back to the starting position. Planks exercise one of the cardio exercises that you can perform after you have done jumping jacks. Prepare a mat and place it on the floor so you could lie down like you are in the position of doing push up. While you prop yourself up to execute a bridge with the use of your forearms and toes have your elbows and forearms inferior to your chest. Always remember that your hips should not sag on the floor and a flat back must be maintained. For 20 seconds hold your position and relax for 10 seconds. You can repeat this work out for two times. Cardio exercise is very easy to do for you can have this different work outs at home without using home exercise equipments. This is something to do with your pulse rate wherein it can be maintained between 95 to 140 beats per minute. You can get same details if you plan to have cardio equipments at home. Be very careful of doing your exercises and always prepare yourself. To have a healthy body be aware of the things you need to do especially if your heart to be well and away from any illnesses.
