PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE Hello Folks, We are getting closer to the finish line on our remodeling project The hall is almost all carpeted and the bathrooms are 99% done. The last major jobs to be completed are the fencing and the resealing of the parking lot. Please bear with us as we get the bugs worked out on the card system. Please also note that the newspaper dumpster has been removed due to no space in the front of the property was suitable to place it.
The next general meeting is the second Wednesday in September. Please try to attend as your participation is greatly appreciated. Before that, however, you are encouraged to come to our grand reopening and see how we have spent the funds to enhance the old girl and the energysaving improvements we installed. I am sure you will be as proud as your officers and board are. MAIN HALL—CIVIC

In addition to the yearly dues we have received several good donations and we greatly appreciate them. I have discussed an idea with several members and the idea is to consider leaving a part of your estate to Beacon Square Civic Association and they agreed it is a good idea. Something to think about!
