This class, suitable for everyone, will focus on meditation and Buddhist teachings to help create a more peaceful mind. Begin with a meditation followed by a Buddhist teaching, a tea break, and ending with another meditation.

Well Balanced Hatha Flow Yoga

This class stretches and strengthens the whole body and is for beginners and experienced yogis alike. Class ends with a relaxing meditation.

This class is designed to improve strength and mobility while being seated on a chair. It’s great for those with osteoporosis or other limiting conditions. It’s slow paced with gentle movements. Minds in Motion

Minds in Motion is designed for people diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias, and a family, friend or caregiver. Enjoy light exercise, followed by activities or games, and social time in a relaxed atmosphere. Refreshments provided.
