YOU HAVE BEEN EXERCISING IN A GYM BEFORE and thought what would it be like working as a Fitness Instructor. Everyone does. It is a rewarding job to have and the starting point for a variety roles within the Health and Fitness Industry. Most students enroling at Level 2 Fitness Instructor then progress to Level 3 Personal Trainer.

This method of studying involves training at one of our state-of-the-art Centres. You will learn practical elements along with theory. You will learn how to use, teach and demonstrate the Cardio and Resistance machines, Freeweights, Circuits, Stretching and Core exercises. The course also includes Health and Safety, Customer Care. You receive support and guidance from our experienced tutors.

This is ideal for people who have a good understanding of using gym equipment. In comparison to Blended Learning, there is no difference regarding the content or learning materials. Instead of face to face teaching, you will learn using books, videos and e-learning (optional). Tutor support is available Monday to Friday 9-5pm.

OK, SO YOU ARE QUALIFIED AT LEVEL 2 OR LEVEL 3 and you want to learn more and be able to expand your business and client base. What can you do now? We have some effective choices for you: Level 3 Exercise Referral is a distance learning course that focuses on special populations and health conditions in more detail than on the Personal Trainer course. This course will help you gain the knowledge necessary to work with doctors

and other healthcare professionals providing appropriate exercise regimes for referred clients. Even if you don’t work with doctors, you will still be able to train people with certain conditions such as osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, hypertension and diabetes. Without this qualification you would have to refer to someone more qualified and potentially lose revenue. REPS to Revenue is our new business training course run
