Ground Rules Bikes, skateboards, shoe skates, coolers, and chairs are not permitted entry to the grounds. Pets: Well-behaved pets on short leashes will be allowed entry to the grounds at the discretion of the festival director supervising the gates. If you prefer to leave your pet with a professional while you visit the festival, contact the Penobscot Bay Regional Chamber of Commerce at 1-800-562-2529 for a list of resources.
