Our Team: Michael McGrath B Bus (Property) AAPI CPV MRICS Michael is the Head of Valuations for the Caribbean Region and is based in the Cayman Islands. He is a recognised expert in the field with over 14 years experience providing valuation reporting and advice to a wide range of commercial and public clients both locally and internationally. Prior

to the appointment of Head of Valuations for BCQS International, Michael held senior positions at

Jones Lang LaSalle in London and Queensland, Australia. Michael’s expertise is in the valuation

Rosie Nicholls BSc (Hons) MRICS Rosie is an Associate Director based in the Turks and Caicos Islands. She joined BCQS

International in 2005 from one of the UK’s largest commercial property development companies

and has over 12 years of experience in the field. Her general practice surveying experience lies in a broad range of areas, including the valuation of all classes of property for financing, asset,

stamp duty and estate purposes for local and international clients. She has also been involved in the representation of clients for Compulsory Acquisition, acted as Expert Witness in matters

related to valuations, undertakes Feasibility Studies on behalf of Developers and continues to works closely with her established client base.

In addition, Rosie undertakes the day-to-day and strategic management of a large multi tenanted commercial property, ensuring returns are maximised whilst applying her extensive experience in Landlord and Tenant related issues. Our Team: Jennifer Dunn BSc (Hons) MRICS Jennifer is an Associate Director based in the British Virgin Islands. She has been working for BCQS International since 2007 and has recently moved from the Barbados office to join the office in the BVI. Prior to joining BCQS International, she was an Associate Director at Jones Lang LaSalle in London. Jennifer has over a decade of general practice surveying experience in a broad range of areas including advising owners and occupiers in all matters concerning Residential, Commercial

and Resort property valuation/appraisal reporting, to include DCFs, strategic management of

commercial property, acquisitions and disposals and landlord and tenant negotiations. Jennifer also has experience as acting as an expert witness in matters relating to valuation in the region.

Ken A. Callender BSc (Hons) MRICS Ken is an Associate Director and Manager of BCQS International in Trinidad & Tobago. Ken

holds a BSc (Hons) Degree in Estate Management, from the College of Estate Management,

University of Reading. He is a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors as well as a member of the Institute of Surveyors of Trinidad and Tobago. Ken’s knowledge of the local property market spans over two decades, having held senior positions in two of the oldest local firms of Chartered Valuation Surveyors in Port of Spain. Ken A. Steven Kendrew BSc (Hons) MRICS Steven is a Senior Valuation Surveyor based in the Turks and Caicos Islands and has been with BCQS International since 2008. With over 15 years of general practice surveying experience in both the public and private sector, Steven’s general property knowledge is well respected within the financial community. He has experience in

valuation reporting, market condition surveys, day-to-day and strategic management of commercial property, acquisitions and disposals and experience of Landlord and Tenant issues including rent review and lease renewal negotiations. James Pollard BA (Hons) MSc MRICS James is a Senior Valuation Surveyor based in Barbados. He has over 6 years experience of appraising and purchasing commercial and residential investments on behalf of a selection

of clients including institutional funds, property companies, family trusts and high net worth individuals. Since the onset of the global financial crisis James has advised several international banks in respect of disposal strategies for distressed property assets. James is also experienced

in Landlord and Tenant issues including rent review and lease renewal negotiations. Prior to his

appointment as Senior Valuation Surveyor for BCQS International, James held a senior position at a niche investment and development consultancy based in Mayfair, London. James has an MSc degree from London South Bank University in Estate Management and is a qualified Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
