Office is located in newly refurbished open plan offices in Preston, Paignton, while the business in London and the South East is managed from their offices in central London. Over the years they have developed a first class professional Property Management team led by Property Director Jonathan Holmes, and have been able to draw upon their considerable knowledge and experience to deliver a complete range of property management services to their clients. The Property Management Team, comprising Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers and Administrators, is backed by skilled and experienced Accounts Department personnel under the direction of Vikki Axford Accounts Manager. The company is a long standing Corporate member of ARMA (Association of Residential Property Management). TMS deals mainly with Resident Management Companies, private freeholders and developers. Over the years they have developed considerable experience and expertise in the management and maintenance of a variety of developments, from small conversions of a few units, through an entire spectrum of builds to multi-use developments incorporating residential and commercial properties, mixed used housing estates with blocks of apartments, through to fully staffed and manned developments with leisure facilities.
