Albion has a worldclass 18-hole disc golf course that has been utilized for national competitions. The nationallyrecognized Nancy G. Held Equestrian Center features competitive dressage and jumping events. And Springport Speedway offers racing enthusiasts spirited summer fun. Like playing outdoors? The Kalamazoo River meanders through Albion and offers fisherman and paddlers alike with a great time outside. Bicyclists can also peddle through Albion on their way to Concord, Homer, or Marshall. Have children? Albion’s Kids ‘N’ Stuff Museum offers children education, exploration, and fun in an indoor environment while Victory Park’s Jungle Gym is over 100,000 square feet of all things climbing, sliding, and swinging outdoors. Interested in history? Self-guided walking tours take you throughout downtown and Riverside Cemetery. The Gardner House Museum, our curator of all things Albion, includes information about the Tuskegee Airmen from Albion. Like culture? Albion College offers live performances at Goodrich Chapel, free lectures on campus, artwork at the Bobbitt Visual Arts Center, and star-gazing at the Observatory.
