WHAT IS THE BIGGEST CHANGE OR CHALLENGE YOU’VE EXPERIENCED? I believe COVID-19 and other factors created the perfect storm. The adjustment from working in an office to working at home was challenging. People spent more time in their homes with family, which created a need for more space. Low interest rates and lack of inventory drove prices up, the law of supply and demand kicked in, activity increased in the marketplace, and Realtors had to get creative in this fast-paced market with new listings and rapid responses.
