Philippa Thomas JUNE, COURTIER 2, KITCHEN MAID/SCIENTIST

Philippa is an actor in her final year of training at Bath Spa University. Theatre credits include Cassius in Julius Caesar, Sherrie in Rock of Ages and has been a supporting artist in a variety of TV and Film. Philippa will be debuting her first film, as director, producer and writer, One Really Long Day at Sparkfest 2023.

Charley Bryson

DELIVERY BOY, COURTIER 3, THE NIGHTINGALE, THE UGLY DUCKLING

Charley is an actor from Bristol in her final year of the BA (Hons) Acting course at Bath Spa University. Her credits while training include Brutus in Julius Caesar, Carla in The Wasp, and Cathy in a radio drama adaptation of DNA. Charley also debuted her one woman play Sixteen as part of Sparkfest this year, which was written and performed by herself. Charley has gained experience in skills such as directing, devising, writing and acting for microphone during her time on the course, and hopes to develop these skills further in her career.

Bryanee Moss HELEN, DODGER

Bryanee is a third year BA acting student from Oxford, studying at Bath Spa University. Her credits include roles such as Tanya in a devised sitcom titled Hot Water, Jackie in I don’t want to be Yoko Ono and multiple directing/ writing features in shows.

Christopher Forrest MAN IN SHOP, EMPEROR, DEATH, DUCKLINGS

Chris is in third year BA acting. He is from Preston Lancashire studying at Bath Spa University. His credits include such roles as Morgan from Chasing Whiskey, a show which he co-created and performed at both Elevate and Sparkfest Festival. He also played Mr Toad in Wind In The Willows and Paul in Building Madness.

Locryn Gadd

MEMPHIS, DR. KNIFE, CHORUS

Locryn has come a long way from having a phobia of puppets. He is now loving every second of puppeteering and in his 3rd year of his BA Acting degree, he discovered a passion that he never would have guessed he had. Previous credits include: Nicky in Avenue Q, Lovborg in Hedda Gabler, Richard in Richard III, alongside multiple devised pieces such as Leslie in Chasing Whiskey and Leaf in a sitcom called Backup Plan.

András Gönczöl COLIN, COURTIER 1, CHORUS

András is a Swedish-Hungarian actor, deviser and aspiring writer currently in his final year at Bath Spa University. His stage credits include: Trigorin in ‘The Seagull’ (2020), Torvald in ‘A Doll’s House’ (2021), Richard in ‘Richard III’ (2021), Tadge in ‘Penetrator’ (2022), multiple characters in ‘[BLANK]’ (2022), Ray in ‘Clifftop’ (2022), Max in ‘Building Madness’ (2022), ‘B’ in ‘An Intervention’ (2023), Harry in ‘The Cormorant’ (2023), and Jesper in ‘Chasing Whiskey’ (2023). He made his on-screen debut in 2023 when he starred as Diedrick in the sitcom ‘Backup Plan’. After graduation, András wishes to continue devising original work with his theatre company ‘Where’s ME?’

PHILIP, HARDWEATHER, CHORUS, MOTHER DUCK

Kaia is an actor/director from the New Forest. Her credits whilst training include: Bev in new sitcom Hot Water, which she co-created, Brutus in Julius Caesar and Carla in The Wasp. Kaia has recently set up her own theatre company Bintworks, with her friend Lia Parry. Together they put on original play Common Passage, Kaia’s directorial debut.

Gloria Spiegel

GLORIA, QUEEN, WOODY

Gloria is Swedish actor and devisor who started her training at Bath Spa University in 2020. Since then, her theatre credits include Lady Anne in Richard III, Carla in The Wasp. She also played the role Esmeralda in the sitcom Back Up Plan which she cowrote, and Ella in Chasing Whiskey - a show her and her theatre company ‘Where’s Me?’ devised, wrote and performed together at Sparkfest.
