Il problema dei problemi è che in una metà del mondo c’è carenza di proteine, nell’altra sovrabbondanza di zuccheri: occorre risolvere questo macro squilibrio con politiche alimentari adeguate alle diverse necessità.

The problem of problems is that one half of the world has a shortage of protein, the other an overabundance of sugars: a solution for solving this macro imbalance with adequate food policies for different needs is required.
