Line-up and drawing for the Artistic Motion Award is at 7:50 at Fort Blount Park. Riders in the 37- and 65-mile Tow Tours line up at 8:00 a.m., while the 16-mile Family Fun Ride starts at 8:15 a.m. A part of the proceeds for the rides go for providing new bikes for kids who can’t afford one. The Power Pedalers program has given more than 100 bikes to kids.
