Tidyco Ltd was formed when Tidy Hydraulics Ltd and Tidy Technical Services Ltd merged. Tidy Hydraulics Ltd was incorporated in 1986 and for 20 years had provided hydraulic hose, connectors, hose assemblies, components and services to the MOD, rail and general industry in the UK. In 1999 Tidy Hydraulics became a Parker Fluid Connectors Distributor. In 2005 Tidyco Ltd was appointed a Hydraulic Technology Centre for Parker. Tidyco manufacture and distribute hydraulic and pneumatic components and assemblies to a diverse range of industries as well as providing hydraulic system design, consultancy and installation services.
Based in Derby, the rail capital of the UK, Tidyco has been a major supplier to passenger and freight rolling stock as well as rail infrastructure since the early 1970’s with British Rail.

C3 Construction are a leading groundwork and civil engineering contractor based in the Midlands, providing groundwork and infrastructure for national house builders and commercial clients. Much of their work is on a sub-contract basis supplying the labour, plant and materials necessary to complete building schemes. Using a large amount of hydraulically operated plant and machinery, this requires regular maintenance to ensure all parts are in good working order. When operating plant and machinery for extended periods of time a hydraulic hose becomes worn and often blows/bursts, requiring a replacement/repair to get the machine up and running again. C3 Construction approached Tidyco with a problem, the Mobile Hose Repair service they were using supplied a product that simply did not stand up to the demanding usage – they found themselves calling out for hydraulic hose repairs more and more frequently, at a significant cost to the business. We also supply Fire Retardant Silicone Hose, ideal for the Rail Industry; Fire retardant or low smoke-low toxicity hoses are manufactured from specially formulated silicone rubber compounds that contain alumina hydrate, they burn less readily than standard silicone materials and tend to self-extinguish. Since they do not contain bromine or other halogen based flame retardant additives they will not evolve toxic by-products in a fire situation. They are typically used in passenger transport applications such as Railway Locomotives and Carriages and for Buses and Coaches.

Eaton Flexmaster Flexible Joints: Flexmaster joints from Tidyco absorb vibration and are ideal for making quick connections and disconnections when repairing or disassembling a system. They can be furnished with several types of gasket compounds and sleeve materials, including stainless steel for marine and corrosive applications. Flex master flexible joints are available in both standard and self-restrained styles. The self-restrained style has a stainless steel gripping ring inside each gasket. This feature allows the joint to maintain a firm grip on the pipe or tube, preventing movement along the pipe or tube. The bulged, straight-through Flexmaster joints accommodate angular misalignment up to Âą4o per end. Tees, elbows, and crosses accommodate angular misalignment up to Âą2o per end. Flexmaster joints are designed for up to 300 psi (2.07 MPa) service, depending on application and size.

Directional Control Valves: Pneumatic Directional Control Valves are a vital part of any pneumatic system, they select the pressure, direction & rate of flow of which compressed air will travel. Different valves are suited for different applications, a production line may use several different types of valves with each being suited for a particular job. Filter Regulator Lubricator (FRL) Units: Parker FRL Units are available in three body sizes with either BSPP, BSPT, or NPT to accommodate all major thread type requirements.
