Disabled Students’ Allowance (DSA) As a higher education student living in England, you can apply for a Disabled Students’ Allowance (DSA) if you have a disability, including a n long-term health condition n mental health condition

NUS Discounts The NUS Extra Card provides over 200 UK discounts for HE students. You can choose from 1, 2 and 3 year cards and discounts include Amazon, Pizza Express, Odeon Cinemas and ASOS. HE Student Discounts As a HE student you may be entitled to discounted hair and/or beauty training treatments at our Colindale Campus. Please check with the salon manager or receptionist before booking an appointment. Discounts may only be available during or part of special offers or promotions.

Barnet and Southgate College is only able to implement support for HE students once your DSA application has been approved by Student Finance England and after you have attended a Needs Assessment interview which will specify what type/s of support has been approved for you by Student Finance England. For other types of support for students please contact the Learner Services team at the College.
