Who is this course for? For beauty therapy professionals and students wishing to work as a manager in the salon and spa industry.
What qualifications or experience do I need? Beauty Therapy Level 3 or equivalent is required and GCSE in English at grade A*-C (4/5).

The Edexcel BTEC Level 4 HNC Diploma in Hair and Beauty Management (QCF) provides a specialist work-related programme of study that covers the key knowledge, understanding and practical skills required in the hair, beauty and spa sector.
Assessments will be through written assignments, presentations and practical assessments. Group tasks will be an integral part of the course along with self-directed study. This course will be offered in the new purpose built Colindale Skills Centre, providing an upto-date learning, commercial and assessment environment.
The course will cover the following topics: n Health and safety and security n Quality management of client care

Edexcel BTEC Level 4 HNC Diploma in Hair and Beauty Management
On successful completion you may progress on to Edexcel BTEC Level 5 HND Diploma in Hair and Beauty Management or a Degree course at a university. Alternatively you may progress straight to employment in the spa or beauty industry as a spa or beauty manager/therapist. Alternatively you may also set up your own business.
