When a member visits the Emergency Services department, every effort is made to expedite their care, as allowed by triage. If hospitalization is required, the member receives a stay in one of 11 Blum Pavilion suites at Bethesda Hospital East, one of four suites at Bethesda Hospital West or a VIP room at the Heart, Orthopedic or Maternity areas, as medically appropriate. These exclusive accommodations provide the comforts of home and the amenities of a five-star hotel.
In addition to Blum Pavilion courtesies, you will receive assistance with physician referrals and care coordination, an invitation to our annual Health Fair, and conveniently located reserved parking spaces. Our concierge staff is alerted whenever a Giving Society member is admitted, ensuring that your comfort and convenience are a top priority.
