PRIVATE VILLAS

Villas should be a mix of elegance and intimacy.

Custom-made, they reflect their owner’s dream and are always unique.

We design our projects from structure to the

smallest details. This way, we make sure that they perfectly fit their inhabitants’ way of living and expectations. Spaces are generous and various, they offer different atmospheres throughout the day and are suitable for all.

Very often, nature plays an important role, as it is a

way to create intimacy from the outer world as well as a nice background and a device against heat and wind.

We always try to combine contemporary luxury with

local and natural elements, in order to ensure sense of place and comfort. Traditional materials are used in modern ways.

INTERIOR DESIGN & RETAIL

Interior and retail design need subtlety and

precision, with maximum attention to detail. Refinement and luxury are our way to create spaces that are functional, comfortable and agreeable.

Materials, proportion and ergonomics become the

key-elements of design for a user-friendly experience. That is why our work mostly relies on craftsmanship, always trying to give traditional materials a contemporary touch.

All spaces are designed with real attention to

lighting, views, and furniture: we want to maximize the look and minimize maintenance.

URBAN SCALE

Urban design must communicate a sense of

place. Solutions lie in the good notice of the surrounding conditions: views, orientation, streets, vegetation and habits. These elements form the basis of our designs, and they allow us to go further, to find solutions that are both relevant and innovative.

Natural conditions and environmental issues are

at the core of our concern: we propose designs that are respectful of their location, that are economic in resources and in balance with the world surrounding them. We want to offer urban plans that are the best answer to the context and to the necessary balance between communication and intimacy.

As well, all our designs manage to provide with

uniqueness through combinations, while always taking financial aspects into account.

New buildings always happen in existing places.

hotel architecture A LONG AND VARIOUS EXPERIENCE

Tous has developed real expertise in the field of hotel architecture,

Bandapar Architecture and MM++ members first met in Paris while

working for AW2 and its owner, Reda Amalou. They consequently worked for more than 4 years in the Vietnamese branch office, as senior architects.

While working for AW2, an office worldly known for its expertise in the field

of hotel architecture, TOUS members developed specific knowledge on resort architecture, from master plan to detailing phases, from design to building site.

Gulschan Gรถthel was for instance in charge of the design of the Six

Senses Condao (Vietnam) during 3 years. She managed all design and buildings phases, prototypes and furniture design.

Emilie Dartois was in charge of common spaces for Nam Hai (Vietnam)

and was responsible of the Alila Villa Mui Ne for 3 years (project stopped).
