I’m a local Balwyn girl and my kids go to school here in Boroondara. I have been teaching Zumba Gold for eight years. Zumba Gold was the first class I taught. I’m a former ballet dancer turned Zumba hip shaker!

What’s the focus of Zumba Gold? FUN! It’s dancing to fabulous Latin-style music, increasing your fitness and balance. Do you have a favourite dance? I love the Salsa! Thanks Meredith. You can catch Meredith and the Zumba Gold class on Mondays at 9:30.
