A Bench/Bar Conference is held every two years, and gives the Bar and Judiciary a chance to address problems and clarify procedures, etc. Usually a 2-3 hour conference, it is split into four sections: family law, criminal law, civil litigation, and tips and procedures. The cost is dependant on the number of approved CLE credit hours. The Bar office offers Addressing and Mailing Services. Mailing labels are available to purchase, or the Bar office will merge your letter with our mailing list for a nominal fee. Discount Movie Tickets for Rave Theaters and The Breeze Cinemas can be purchased at the Bar office. A discount on membership rates is available to Escambia/Santa Rosa Bar Association members at Pensacourt Sports Center. The more members who enroll, the larger the discount so sign up today. A new feature on the Escambia/Santa Rosa Bar Association website allows visitors to find member attorney profiles. Under the “Attorney Profile” option on www.esrba.com home page, visitors can view your profile and direct link to your website. You have the freedom to customize your profile and appear in multiple listings. With a structure similar to the specialty listings in our Membership Directory, you can choose to be listed under general categories of “Area of Practice,” “Mediators,” and “Licensed in Other States.” The top listings under each category will rotate every time the category is accessed so no one attorney will continually have the prominent placement. The more categories you choose to display your profile, the more cost effective it is.
