ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS ONLINE ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, ordering on-line is recommended to ensure social distancing and the health and safety of your community. On the balfour.com website choose your school to shop your custom senior products. ON CAMPUS ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS A Balfour representative will be available on campus to help complete your order. Students and parents will receive reminders with the scheduled dates and times of your on campus order days. ORDERING AT YOUR CORPUS CHRISTI BALFOUR OFFICE Orders can be placed at your Corpus Christi Balfour sales office during show room hours. Show room hours are listed on page 2 of your brochure. To schedule an appointment outside the normal showroom hours, please call your Balfour office at 361-853-7110. MAIL ORDERS Orders can be mailed to the Corpus Christi Balfour office. Once your order is received, a represenative will review your order and contact you if there are any questions. HOW DO I COMPLETE MY ORDER FORM? Start by printing your FULL NAME to be used on your school’s official graduation announcement. Use the exact capitalization and spacing to be used on announcement. Pick a package and then add individual items to the package. You may also choose to order individual items and create your own grad pack. WHAT IF I MISS THE IN-SCHOOL ORDER-TAKING DAYS? No problem. Orders can be placed online at Balfour.com; or at our office at 1302 South Padre Island Drive, Corpus Christi, TX 78416. Please be sure to review your order for accuracy. IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED? All orders over $100 will need a deposit of $100. All orders less than $100 will need to be paid in full. HOW DO I PAY MY BALANCE? Payments can be mailed to the Corpus Christi sales office or made online at Balfour.com by selecting the make a payment link on your schools home page. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED? Items marked (DS) will be direct shipped to the address on your order form when balance is paid in full. Items marked (DLVD) will be delivered at the time of order. Cap & gowns will be delivered to your school on the scheduled delivery day. CAN I STILL ORDER MY CLASS RING? Many students wait until their senior year to order their class rings. See the enclosed senior ring promotion flyer located at the back of your brochure for ordering information. Your ring can be ready in as little as 6 weeks! It’s never too late! Rings can also be ordered at any time on Balfour.com. WHEN IS THE DUE DATE FOR MY ORDER? Seniors are encouraged to order as soon a possible to ensure availability of products. Please Note: Pricing is valid through January 31, 2021 and is subject to change. WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T PICK UP MY PRODUCTS?
