Seamless insourcing and outsourcing solutions for healthcare environments
In this issue of Healthcare Matters, we are pleased to feature MediServices as our Healthcare Provision Company of the Month.
MediServices was founded by CEO Andile Siziba, who single-handedly launched a mobile Intraoperative Monitoring service nationwide which drastically reduced the need for critical surgery to be cancelled when ‘in-house’ teams were unavailable.
Over the years, MediServices has grown exponentially, now employing 24 people and 50+ contractors, expanding into neurophysiology, cardiology and ultrasound. Its innovative, solution-driven models have transformed neurophysiology, clinical diagnostics, referrals, and administrative management.
Recently, the company has also recruited three senior roles to execute the strategic plan to harness the market share within neurophysiology. Christine Mozzamdar as Chief Operating Officer, Dr Sajjad Ali as Clinical Lead for Neurophysiology & Deputy Medical Director Designate, and Louaz Hofton as Chief Strategy Officer. These appointments will greatly help to increase the service provision of outsourced and insourced services through diversification of clinical modalities.
Its neurophysiology capabilities include Intra Operative Monitoring (IONM), Electroencephalogram (EEG), Electromyography (EMG), and Nerve Conduction Studies (NCS) – as well as cardiac physiology across the NHS and private sectors. In 2024, it further expanded to provide insourced and outsourced non-obstetric ultrasound services to hospital Trusts and Integrated Care Boards (ICB).
“MediServices has a dedicated team of support colleagues who manage patient referrals, bookings, and reporting too. The support team also provides a seamless schedule for practitioners and consultants to ensure that clinical quality and safety are maintained, and the skills meet the clinical requirements. Additionally, we are developing an integrated digital booking system designed to streamline processes for NHS and private partners, thereby improving operational efficiency and supporting sustainable growth,” stated Andile Siziba, Founder and CEO.

At the core of any successful clinical service lies robust clinical governance. MediServices is a Care Quality Commission (CQC) registered organisation and has made significant investments in this area. Its commitment to excellence is demonstrated through its accreditation efforts that include: ISO 9001, ISO 14001 certifications, and IQIPS accreditation of which it is currently completing.
MediServices maintains a consistent focus on the future, and actively invests in its workforce through its comprehensive apprenticeship programme and other training initiatives. Andile explained:
“The company currently employs three dynamic apprentices: two in business administration, and one in digital marketing. Early last year, we also welcomed a trainee Intraoperative Neurophysiological Monitoring (IONM) physiologist. These programs help position MediServices as a forward-thinking employer committed to fostering talent and innovation within the healthcare sector. In 2025, we are also embarking on a research feasibility project with a local university, and local software company that involves the use of AI for machine learning that will focus on the use of our services.”

What’s more, MediServices is very much a part of its local community and sponsors a junior grassroots Cricket team. Andile explained more and what its future plans are.
“By sponsoring Redditch Entaco Cricket Club, MediServices demonstrates its commitment to community engagement and social responsibility through strategic CSR initiatives. The sponsorship promotes health and wellness, creates positive social impact through supporting youth development, and showcases our dedication to inclusivity and community well-being.
Also, watch out for our brand-new website launching by the end of Q1. This is part of our strategic plan to enhance our market presence. The company also has plans to continue elevating brand awareness and salience.”
