One of the biggest problems I see when people are making videos is how they communicate with their teams and crew or even with themselves. Communication is the number one thing to work on as a leader. If you don’t have a clear vision of the kinds of videos you want to make. It won’t come across. Remember it isn’t about being perfect. If you aren’t clear at first, start by searching for content you LOVE. At least this is something to go by until you are confident enough to create your own unique style. It is about creating better and better videos each time, and before you know it, you will be making engaging content.
