Daytona Beach Zipline Adventure is now fully re-built and ready to welcome guests during the spring break season. Formerly known as Zoom Air Daytona Beach, the newly branded Daytona Beach Zipline Adventures, located at Tuscawilla Park at Nova Rd and West International Speedway Blvd, is now fully open and ready to welcome guests. As of this past week, all elements of the aerial courses are now open and better than ever. The park features 40 elements including 10 ziplines with the longest measuring up to 500 feet in length. These upgrades were made possible thanks to new investments from the parks owners and a lot of hard work from staff. The park was forced to close in October 2016, following extensive damage from Hurricane Matthew. After being closed for almost two years, the adventure park had a soft opening of one of its aerial courses in July of 2018. “We are really excited to now be fully open, and to be able to welcome local residents as well as visitors from out of town to enjoy all three of our aerial courses”, says park administrator Tammy Cook. She went on to say that “it has been challenging to operate a park that was only partially open, so we are relieved and thankful to now officially be fully open.” Guests of the park are outfitted in rock climbing style safety harnesses while they climb through a series of elevated bridges, walkways, and zip lines, suspend high in the parks’ trees. “This is a great activity for anyone looking for a fun and unique activity to do in the Daytona Beach area,” says Cook who has worked at the park since 2012. The park is open Thursday through Sunday from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm. Reservations are available online or by phone. Group rates are available for schools, clubs and sports teams etc. You can find out more at www.daytonazipline.com .
