SWD Urethane BACKGROUND: Barriere is responsible for

planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial‐related activities of the company. This includes direct responsibility for accounting, treasury, forecasting, strategic planning, costing, legal, property management, business technology, human resources, deal analysis and negotiations. LEADERSHIP: Barriere used his vision and judgement to redesign a sales pricing matrix for use by the sales team for competitive price positioning of SWD’s products. This authorized pricing matrix allows a level of autonomy for the sales team to quickly react to daily market conditions to achieve overall sales objectives and eliminates a secondary financial approval.

Circle the City Hemisphere GNSS BACKGROUND: Andrews is responsible for

administering the general accounting, financial and statistical reporting functions in accordance with established policies and accounting procedures. LEADERSHIP: When Andrews started at

Circle the City in 2014, the company’s revenue sources consisted primarily of hospital contracts, Maricopa County funding and private grants and donations. Over the course of one year, Andrews was instrumental in procuring Circle the City’s initial federal funding through the Health Resources & Services Administration. This allowed the company to be considered a Federally Qualified Health Center and resulted in doubling annual revenue within his first year with the Company.

AeroGuard Flight Training Center BACKGROUND: Brown is a key member of the

senior executive team and brings not only strong financial disciplines and best practices to AeroGuard, but he has instilled an objective and metrics-based decision-making mindset to the company. LEADERSHIP: When AeroGuard was acquired in 2016, the financial predicament of the company was in an unstable position. Brown played a critical role in stabilizing the accuracy of the internal financial statements, being able to provide reliable information that would be used to make informed business decisions.
