Understanding your options Nothing can be more overwhelming than the death of a family member and, of course, that includes your pet. There are a few personal decisions to make. We’re here to help you choose how you’d like to say goodbye and remember your pet.
Step 1: Select a cremation option Individual cremation Your pet is cremated privately, in their own single chamber. The ashes come home to you with a certificate verifying that they are the complete ashes of your beloved pet.
Communal cremation Your pet is cremated with other loved pets and their ashes are respectfully returned to the earth. You can also choose to have a portion of their ashes placed in the Ossuary in our memorial garden.
Step 2: Think about services to help you say goodbye Private viewing We can offer a tranquil setting where you and your family can view your pet’s individual cremation. You also have the opportunity to take home their ashes the same day.
Memorial service We can refer you to an experienced funeral celebrant to create a personalised memorial service to help say goodbye to your beloved pet.

Your pet is collected from your vet or home and returned within three business days. All private cremations are conducted in single-chamber units.
You can be by your pet’s side to say your heartfelt goodbye. We offer a personalised private viewing of your pet’s cremation.
We track each step of your pet’s journey with us using specialised processes. This means that only your pet’s ashes will come home to you.
It’s a commemorative and very personal experience for you and your family, which includes the opportunity to take home your pet’s ashes the same day.

Thank you We lost our beloved German Shepherd, Diesel last Thursday... today we received his ashes in a beautiful urn along with his paw print, condolences and a candle all lovingly put together for us by AWL. I knew after speaking to Sam from the cremation team that our boy would be cared for and treated with the respect that he deserved. She comforted me over the phone and even recommended literature that I could read to my four-yearold, to help her understand why Diesel was no longer with us.
