1 Adhere vellum over card base. 2 Adhere glitter cardstock behind star in wood rectangle. 3 Tie ribbon around wood rectangle; adhere to card with foam tape.
1 Ink edges of patterned paper rectangle and adhere to card base. 2 Adhere sentiment to card. 3 Die-cut stars from cardstock. 4 Adhere all stars to card. Note: Adhere blue stars with foam tape.
