I employ a Director of Operations, Executive Assistant, Graphic Designer + Data Specialist, and a Head of Client Care - we also have 4 outstanding agents. I’m a constant student of life and always looking to learn from the best. Topics such as psychology, negotiating, human behaviors, patterns, markets, and economics are among a few I study. I take in as much as possible to be most effective for my clients. It’s not hard to work all the time when it never really feels like work.

HOW DO YOU SPEND YOUR FREE TIME? I love sports and spend as much time in the gym as possible. I train Muay Thai (Thai kickboxing) at least 3 times per week and on the off-days, I’m playing basketball. Actually, I just tried hot yoga for the first time! Nothing could have prepared me for that and I have so much respect for the Yogi’s out there. I’m going to start to incorporate it into my routine - I loved it!

ANYTHING NEWSWORTHY TO SHARE WITH US? The Litvak Team sold $61MM of real estate in 2015 - a personal best. A staggering $12MM of that was sold in October 2015 alone. I live at The Edge (Williamsburg’s Premier Condo) and sold $26MM of real estate in the building last year. I also represented 33% of transactions that took place in the building and set the record for most expensive penthouse sale. We completed just under 300 transactions (rental and sale). Overall, it’s a year I’m proud of and I’m so grateful to my team for their constant contributions and relentless efforts.

Most people think they know what’s going on, but unless you’re living, and breathing real estate, that’s impossible. Things change by the minute. Because of this, many people are left feeling lost, frustrated and confused during one of the most important decisions of their lives.
