State Buckeyes, Vincent joined the Emory staff in the Fall of 2006. In her seven seasons with the Eagles, Vincent helped the team to five University Athletic Association Championships and six trips to the NCAA Division III Tournament, including a second-place finish in 2010 and 2013, third-place finishes in 2009, 2011 and 2012, and a quarterfinal finish in 2008. In addition Emory claimed the 2010 and 2011 ITA National Indoor Championships during her tenure with the program. Vincent was recognized as the Atlantic South Region’s Assistant Coach of the Year in both 2009 and 2010, and has been named part of the UAA Coaching Staff of the Year on four occasions. During her seven years at Emory, the Eagles compiled an overall record of 136-46, good for a 74.7 winning percentage. She helped coach Emory’s players to two National Champions, 22 All-America honors and three UAA MVP awards. Vincent also brings four years of Division I playing experience to Meredith. In the 2001-02 and 2002-03 seasons, she played for Virginia Tech before transferring to Ohio State to complete her final two years of eligibility in 2005. During her senior year with the Buckeyes, Vincent played mostly No. 3 and No. 4 singles, while leading the No. 1 doubles pair. Her expertise in doubles play will be a focus with the Avenging Angels. A native of Cincinnati, Vincent served as both the tennis pro and the teaching professional at the Hyde Park Tennis Club in Cincinnati, in addition to teaching at camps at College of Wooster, Denison University and Virginia Tech. Vincent graduated from Ohio State University in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. As her name might indicate, Vincent has strong ties to Meredith and to Raleigh. Her mother, and several other family members, graduated from Meredith and remain closely connected to the campus and college community.

Supervisor to over 80 instructors, Huffman’s team offered more than 150 unique fitness classes through the YMCA. The program provided a little something for everyone regardless of fitness level or experience. With a love for variety, Huffman currently teaches fitness classes at several higher education institutions in Raleigh, including Meredith. She owns multiple rental properties and coordinates children’s activities for an area country club as well.
