He is also a fanatic advocate of a healthy lifestyle and a fan of motivational psychology.

AIDA HALILOVIĆ Moj posao kao trener je pobrinuti se da moji klijenti budu odgovorni prema zadanim ciljevima. Uživam pratiti klijente kako dostižu svoje ciljeve bez obzira da li se radi o povećanju njihove kardio izdržljivosti kako bi istrčali svoju prvu utrku na 5 km, stekli snagu za koju su mislili da nije moguće, ponovo obukli “skinny” jeans nakon poroda, ili samo održavali rutinu koju ranije nisu održavali. Sve su to ciljevi - veliki ili mali, a ja kao trener sa zadovoljstvom vodim svoje klijente ka njihovom ostvarenju! My job as a personal trainer is to keep my clients motivated and accountable. Aida became engaged in fitness and aerobics in 2008, first as a hobby, and soon after became more and more attracted by healthy lifestyle and fitness. Through her study and training she soon realized that fitness will become her life commitment. She began working as a personal trainer in 2013. In addition to personal training she is an instructor of one of the most popular group training programs at Avalon Sport and Health Club, designed for body shaping and toning the entire body.

IVANA CURIĆ Zbog sposobnosti da izazove tijelo na različite načine Power Plate trening program ima pozitivne efekte na više komponenti fitnessa: poboljšava fleksibilnost, ravnotežu i stabilnost, mišićnu snagu i mišićnu izdržljivost. Workout programi u kombinaciji sa Power Plate treninzima su idealni za klijente koji žele smanjiti težinu, oblikovati tijelo, klijente koji se oporavljaju od ozljeda i žele poboljšati pokretljivost i stabilnost. Uživam radeći sa klijentima na ostvarivanju zacrtanih fitness ciljeva bilo da se radi o oporavku nakon povrede ili pripremi za lokalnu utrku.

Ivana se dugo godina bavila ritmičkom gimnastikom, plivanjem i fitnessom. Posebna strast joj je pilates. Više od 12 godina radi kao instruktor pilatesa i personalni trener. Obuke i certifikacije za Power Plate-u je stekla među prvima u regionu već 2006. godine i od tada primarno radi kao instruktor na Power Plate-u. Sport joj je hobi, a posebno uživa u radu sa ženama koje po prvi put odluče prihvatiti se izazova i promijeniti stil života.

Ivana has been practicing rhythmic gymnastics, swimming and fitness since her early childhood. Pilates is her passion. For over 12 years she has worked as a Pilates instructor and personal trainer. She was among the first instructors in B&H certified for Power Plate training, back in 2006. and since then primarily works as an instructor of Power Plate. She especially enjoys working with women who decide to accept the challenge and change their lifestyle for the first time.

Because of the ability to challenge the body in many ways Power Plate workout program can benefit several components of fitness: flexibility, balance and stability, muscular strength and muscular endurance, therefore my workout programs are ideal for clients who are interested in weight loss, strength, post rehab and improvement of mobility and stability. I love pointing clients toward becoming independent, pain free and functional according to their specific goals whether that’s running a local race or climbing stairs after surgery.

It is my privilege and responsibility to help and guide you to accomplish whatever vision or goal you have Kenan je profesor sporta i tjelesnog odgoja. Kao certificirani personalni trener radi već više od 10 godina. Posjeduje opsežno iskustvo u planiranju, programiranju i sprovođenju trenažnog procesa za sportiste, osobe koje se oporavljaju od povreda, osobe koje žele na zdrav način skinuti višak kilograma i stvoriti zdrave navike. Pored personalnih treninga Kenan je i instruktor grupnog spinning programa i trener Avalon Run Cluba.

Kenan has a BS degree in Sport and Physical Education. He has been working as a certified personal trainer for over 10 years and has extensive experience in planning, programming and implementation of the training programs for athletes, clients who are recovering from injuries, clients who seek a healthy way to loose weight and create healthy habits. In addition to personal training, Kenan is an instructor of group spinning classes and coaches Avalon Run Club.
