Sven Jurgensen continued the marketing presentation, with an overview of 2018/2019 marketing objectives and spend - in particular, the response to the various social media and digital platforms. After a short comfort break it was the turn of the aligned partners and suppliers to address the delegates, with the RMI presentation followed by one on Right to Repair by Les McMaster. These brief presentations preceeded the motivational speaker Stef du Plessis, who as an aside regularly speaks to the McLaren group and gave us interesting tidbits with regards to cleaning of the static show cars and hedge heights within that organisation. He also managed to captivate his audience and provide a banquet of food for thought.

The awards were presented by a combination of Bosch Market Forum Chairman - Carlos Du Plessis, Grant Palliser and Vinay Ramjattan as a finale to the day’s convention.
Lunch was followed by further brief presentations by Innovation Group, Eqstra, Renew my Car and Discovery, before launching into the Bosch Service awards. The Bosch Service Awards have a strict eligibility criteria measured against the following: • Highest % overachievement to set budget • Training achievement – total number of courses attended • Total customer complaints • Account status • Latest SQA & SQT results The winners were announced in the following categories:
