In his speech, Massimo Ruta, who founded Adria Gaming in 2007, recalled the many small steps that a small business with just one gaming operation took to become a leading player in the legal Italian gaming sector and part of one of the world’s major gaming groups. After a tour of the headquarters, the dinner took place, accompanied by an entertaining performance of the Pazzi Camerieri, a group of performers who caused fun and chaos along the white and blue tables and astonished guests with their artistic skills, singing and breathtaking stunts. The music and good company made the evening a memorable one where, as CEO Massimo Ruta said, a true feeling of belonging and connectedness was evident.
‘Decennial Gala Dinner’ at the Cinecittà It was the perfect evening on September 14 in Rome at Cinecittà Studios, where NOVOMATIC Italia celebrated its commitment and success story in the Italian gaming market together with its main partners: customers, suppliers, authorities, concessionaries as well as trade associations and other stakeholders who have accompanied the company over the years, facilitating the growth and development of an upcoming industry. A guided tour of the most notable locations of famous movie scenes, such as the Republican Rome set of the television series ‘Rome’ and the Jerusalem set of Mel Gibson’s ‘The Passion of the Christ’, started the event. Following this, CEO Massimo Ruta recalled the major milestones of the Italian activities throughout the years, emphasized the close ties with the Austrian headquarters and also honored the memory of the late Mrs. Susanne Zimmerl, who with him was a pioneer of ‘The Italian Project’. The ‘Decennial Gala Dinner’ crowned the 2017 celebrations and serves as a testament to the excellent position and reputation of NOVOMATIC Italia and the awareness that it is, in fact, the team effort and the commitment of many that have facilitated this story of success.
