WHO I AM As a small child, I spent evenings drawing at a spare desk in my father’s architecture firm in downtown San Antonio, Texas. Shaped by that environment, I have always had an unwavering admiration and respect for those who have the ability to change the built world. In highschool, I read Death and Life of Great American Cities by Jane Jacobs which inspired me to move to New York and study architecture. Since studying at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, My passion for shaping socially sustainable urban environments has grown to an appreciation of all scales of design from buildings and spacial design to small scale industrial and jewelry design. I am particularly interested in emerging digital fabrication technologies that exist in a cross-disciplinary area where design and technology meet.
