ATB Bank Design NAIT Architectural Technology ARCT 2320 - December 2018 During our third semester in the Architectural Technology program at NAIT, we had the opportunity to compete in a design competition sponsored by ATB Financial and Kasian Architecture. The purpose of the competition was to design a functional “Bank of the Future” as we envisioned. We were instructed to incorporate futuristic components along with

ATB Financial’s vision of unifying their financial institution with the surrounding community. This concept of Unity helped me in creating my design through the envisionment of a structure that would help to improve the surrounding community by bringing individuals within that community together.


Northwest Aerial Perspective


ATB Bank Design NAIT Architectural Technology ARCT 2320 - December 2018 Presented in these views are an aerial image of my bank, the surrounding site plan, along with an interior view. The structure was modeled using Sketchup software, incorporating materials and textured found online.

Site Plan

The images were then rendered using iRender software within our Sketchup program. In addition to the components found within iRender, I utilized Photoshop in order to add entourage to the images, as well as enhancing them through the adjustment of exposure, shadows and other filters.

Belvedere Community League NAIT Architectural Technology ARCT 1200 - April 2018 During our second semester in the Architectural Technology program at NAIT, we were tasked with creating a partial set of working drawings for the renovation of an existing structure; the Belvedere Community League building.

Presented on this spread are examples of a design main floor plan, design second floor plan, as well as standard building elevations I drafted and revised throughout the semester. These construction drawings were drafted using AutoCAD software.

James Residence NAIT Architectural Technology ARCT 1230 - April 2018 We were introduced to Revit building information modeling software in our second semester of the Architectural Technology program at NAIT. Our major project was to create a partial drawing set for a small residential building; James House.

NAIT Commercial Building NAIT Architectural Technology ARCT 2430 - April 2019 During our final semester in the Architectural Technology program at NAIT, we had gained enough knowledge and experience with Revit modeling software to begin working on larger scale commercial projects. Our major project for the final semester of our BIM modeling class was to create a partial set of working drawings for an office building.

Presented on this spread are examples of a main floor plan, second floor plan, as well as interior and exterior renderings. These construction drawings were drafted using Revit modeling software, and the images were rendered using Enscape rendering software. Entourage was added to the images in order to create a realistic setting, highlighting the functionality of the structure.
