To Whom It May Concern, The BOSS Network is a community of professional and entrepreneurial women who support each other through conversation, online and event-based networking. Our mission is to promote and encourage the small business spirit and professional development of women. Our goal is to give women the tools they need to be successful at every stage of their personal and professional lives. The year ahead hold many promises for The BOSS Network. We intend to continue with our existing series highlighting, honoring and recognizing successful women across the country, while adding several new events to our catalog with new and current brand partners. Women who have yet to become members need only take a look at our social networking site that allows women to do true professional networking while building and maintaining relationships ( Through this tool we are able to keep with our goal for women to have “growth through networking beyond events and they can see for themselves why they should get involved in the movement as there is evidence of members benefiting throughout. We are committed to reaching more and more women who recognize themselves as growing brands and are looking for other women of like thinking who share their commitment to growth. We plan to be the woman's organization that embodies that commitment and over the long run we expect that independent, confident, motivated, creative women of all walks will find themselves joining The BOSS Network.
