OUTREACH FAMILY FRIDAYS Family Fridays is a monthly partnership between SGA and other student organizations to create a picnic like gathering that is open for all students to join. The purpose of the monthly gathering is to building unity on campus. Students are encouraged to bring their lunch to Family Fridays with the intent of engaging with and finding community among students from all facets of campus. CAMPUS RELATIONS Camp War Eagle Involvement Browse SGA members set up a booth with marketing materials that promote who SGA is, the mission and vision of the organization, and the upcoming opportunities to get involved with the organization. Members greet freshmen, answer any questions they may have, and encourage engagement on campus. WEEKLY CONCOURSE PROMOTION SGA hosts weekly concourse days to promote all that is happening in SGA and to have face-to-face engagement with students. Concourse Outreach has expanded to multiple campus concourses in hopes of reaching more students and gathering feedback from all niches of campus. WELCOME WEEK SGA participated in Welcome Week by partnering with Black Student Union to host Breakfast for You. BREAKFAST FOR YOU – BSU PARTNERSHIP On the first day of school, SGA partners with BSU to host Breakfast for You. Breakfast for You welcomes students back to campus through passing out over 600 Chick-Fil-A Chicken Biscuits and over 500 bottles of water.

AUBURN ANSWERS Auburn Answers is SGA's official feedback system. Any student, faculty member, or campus administrator can submit a question, comment, or concern and expect a response within 48 hours.

AUBURN ANSWERS WEEK Auburn Answers Week is a program that promotes SGA’s official feedback system, Auburn Answers. The team works to publicize the system, encourage use of the system, and engage with students face-to-face by having a presence on the Haley and Ginn Concourses. Over the course of Auburn Answers Week, over 200 submissions were received. ASK ME? Each fall, SGA Senators spread out around campus wearing neon yellow “Ask Me” t-shirts to assist students with finding their classes and other questions during the first week of classes.

TOWN HALL The mission of Town Halls is to create a space where students have an opportunity to voice their comments, questions, and concerns to administration, faculty, and fellow students on a variety of topics. With an atmosphere of amity and open-mindedness Auburn students are able to hear from their peers and administration, as well as vocalize their own thoughts on areas that directly impact their time at Auburn.
