Ultrasonic Flaw Detector MFD800B The MFD800B is an advanced digital ultrasonic flaw detector featuring a multicolor TFT LCD and a host of new features to meet challenging inspection requirements. It combines powerful flaw detection and measurement capabilities, extensive data storage, and the ability to transfer detailed inspection data to the PC via its high-speed USB port. The instrument incorporates many advanced signal processing features including a 15MHz RF bandwidth to permit testing of thin materials, narrowband filters to improve signal to noise in high gain applications, a spike pulser for applications requiring higher frequencies, and a tunable square wave pulser to optimize penetration on thick or highly attenuating materials. The instrument can be widely used in locating and sizing hidden cracks, voids, disbands, and similar discontinuities in welds, forgings, billets, axles, shafts, tanks and pressure vessels, turbines, and structural components.

Portable Leeb Hardness Tester MH320 Small volume with light weight, it is convenient for taking. Its outline dimensions are 212mmĂ—80mmĂ—32mm. Large screen(128Ă—64 dot matrix LCD), showing all functions and parameters. Test at any angle, even upside down. Wide measuring range. It can measure the hardness of all metallic materials. Eco-Check E-T Concept of Eco-Check E-T is a visible dye penetrant which is less harmful for human body and environment. Suitable for the detection of defects on stainless steel, nickel alloys or titanium alloys, etc. Eco-Check has equivalent sensitivity compared to our standard products (U-T series). This series has low halogen and sulfur.

Eco-Check·aerosol E-ST·Jumbo Concept of Eco-Check·aerosol E-ST·Jumbo is a visible dye penetrant which is less harmful for human body and environment!! To decrease waste and improve operation efficiency, Eco-Check·aerosol E-ST·Jumbo has got environmental improvement and economic advantage. Eco-Check has equivalent sensitivity compared to our standard products (U-ST series).

Eco-Check EP-W The Eco-Check EP-W Water washable visible dye penetrant is made of natural materials which makes it less harmful for human body and environment. Lowering rate of COD values : 97%!! Need for a large quantity of water for washing, but decrease a burden of Waste water treatment remarkably. Eco-Check has equivalent sensitivity compared to our standard products (UP-GIII).

Eco-Glo EG-2000 The concept of Eco-Glo EG-2000 water washable fluorescent penetrant is a fluorescent penetrant which is less harmful for human body and environment. Eco-Glo EG-2000 has greater or equivalent sensitivity compared to our standard products (OD-18S OD-1800). Waste water treatment and water washability is excellent!


Penetrant Testing Materials SUPER-GLO SUPER-GLO is applied to the inspection when the discontinuities part opens to the surface of the product. Regardless of shape and materials, it can be applied to nonmetals (Ceramics, Porcelains, Resin, etc) and all the metals efficiently. For acceptance inspection, process inspection and O/H inspection, SUPER-GLO can be utilized in the extensive quality control fields. Shows high efficiency when combined with UV light (Super-Light).

Ultraviolet Light Intensity Tester UV Light Intensity Tester UV-2500II This product is National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) traceable, and also traceable to Swedish National Testing and Research Institute and National Physical Laboratory. It is recommended to use UV-2500 II when use UV light to administrate UV radiation intensity of UV lamps. UV light sensor is minimized, but it has enough performance to measure UV light distribution accurately. Measurement reading is accurate as UV light sensor accepts the light with wavelength of 360 nm±30 nm. Indicating intensity of UV radiation by “μW/cm2”

Ultraviolet Light (Black Light)

Super-Light D-10C Portable type Black-Light Super-Light D-10C is an effective light source for checking of fibriform rags, organic matters, oil, skinflakes, etc. which generate fluorescence. D-10C irradiates long wave ultraviolet radiation, with the combination of 70W metal halide lamp and special UV transmission filter effectively (UV-A:365nm at the center, so called “black-light”). Best solution for fluorescent NDT applications and contamination check!

Super-Light D-40/E-40 Improvement of the environment and the performance. Has a high intensity UV radiation: You never need a darkroom any longer as you can inspect under visible light of 100 Lux. The metal halide lamp emits near UV radiation efficiently and offers twice as strong as Black-Light of mercury type in the same electric power. Its compact body makes maintenance and installation easy. And the body being cooled down constantly with the exhaust fan, the temperature of outside of the body is kept at around 35°C (room temperature : 20°C).

Magnetic Particle Testing Materials

Super-Magna series High flourescent brightness assures excellent visibility to the fine defects. Less flourescence deterioration produces long lasting performance. Inspection cost will be reduced by smaller consumption. Vivid colors show good contrast to the objective surface. Dry method is suitable for sub-surface MPI.

Eddy Current Tester Super Tester ET-1 Eddy Current Tester High performance EC Tester for in-line use. Theta probe, that does not detect lift-off voltage, is used. Surface roughness of workpiece has less affect to flaw detection.

Weldprobe Weldprobe is horizontal magnetic field exciting / vertical magnetic field detecting type ECT probe that is suitable for detecting a flaw on weld bead and beside weld line.

Super Checker EW-1 Portable Eddy Current Tester

Light weight portable battery driven tester. Theta probe realizes high lift-off inspection. Flaw detection can be done through paint layer on objective surface.


Handy Magna/Yoke Kit Handy Magma MP-A2D MP-A2D products use testing method by utilizing the Yoke Method, to magnetize with some or all of test flaws placed between magnet electrodes and detect flaw of the object to be tested by inducting partial linear magnetic field to the test piece. This method enables to detect flaws or under the surface by using a DC magnet, and has sufficient penetration depth to detect flaw. MP-A2D has excellent mobility using a DC 12V battery and is easy to work at a place without power supply.

Handy Magma MP-A2L MP-A2L products use testing method by utilizing the Yoke Method, to magnetize with some or all of test flaws placed between magnet electrodes and detect flaw of the object to be tested by inducting partial linear magnetic field to the test piece. This test method is very convenient to use because it is possible to detect flaws without a separate lighting tools when testing non-fluorescent magnetic particles at a dark place by using only power supply of equipment itself by adhering a lamp to the product. This method enables to easily and rapidly detect surface flaw of forged products or welding part, etc through formation of a strong magnetic field.

Handy Magna MP-100 This is equipment with the selective AC/DC pulse function by using the magnetic force level control capable of variously converting the DC mode, while the AC mode forms a strong AC magnetic field. A portable MP-100 is equipment to easily detect flaws on the surface usually not seen by forming a firm and strong magnetic field. MP-100 is testing equipment capable of being conveniently used for the purpose of laboratory, education, assembly parts and welding part, etc.

Handy Magma MP-A1 MP-A1 products use testing method by utilizing the Yoke Method, to magnetize with some or all of test flaws placed between magnet electrodes and detect flaw of the object to be tested by inducting partial linear magnetic field to the test piece. This method enables to easily and rapidly detect surface flaw of forged products or welding part.

Handy Magma MP-A2 MP-A2 products use testing method by utilizing the Yoke Method, to magnetize with some or all of test flaws placed between magnet electrodes and detect flaw of the object to be tested by inducting partial linear magnetic field to the test piece.
